Last month, Autotrader published their new car review of the 2017 Lincoln Continental, declaring that the all-new sedan has a calm confidence to its driving experience that the German luxury sedans lack.

Featuring an attention to detail inside and out, the company's flagship sedan delivers a quiet, powerful ride with a hint of sportiness. A 3.7-liter V6 that makes 305 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque serves as the base engine. There are two optional engines available: a 2.7-liter twin-turbocharged V6 that produces 335 horsepower and 380 pound-feet of torque, or a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 that generates 400 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque.

The 2017 Lincoln Continental is available in three trim levels, each adding luxurious features to the one before: Premier, Select and Reserve. All trims feature standard Continuously Controlled Dampening (CCD) suspension, a customizable instrument cluster, SYNC 3, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility, an 8-inch capacitive touchscreen, push-button transmission, Active Noise Cancellation and much more.

Standard safety features include a rear backup camera, driver knee airbag, SOS post-crash alert system and front side-impact and side curtain airbags. Available safety features include inflatable rear seat safety belts, autonomous emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane departure alert and assist system, front and rear parking sensors and parking assist.
